Lifetime Warranty + Accidental Damage Cover
Our Lifetime Warranty + Accidental Damage Cover is designed to keep your covered Remzyy product protected for as long as your subscription remains active.
What’s Covered
While your subscription is active, your covered product is protected against:
- Accidental damage
- General wear and tear
- Manufacturing faults or defects
- Mechanical or electrical failure during normal use
If your covered product becomes damaged or stops working, we’ll provide a replacement in accordance with the terms below.
Making a Claim
You can make up to 2 successful replacement claims within any 12-month period while your subscription remains active.
To make a claim, simply contact us at support@remzyy.com with your order details and a clear photo showing the damage or issue.
In some circumstances, we may request additional photos, a short video, or further information so that we can verify the issue before approving a replacement.
Once your claim has been approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement of the covered product.
What’s Not Covered
The protection plan does not cover:
- Deliberate or intentional damage
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused for the purpose of making a claim
- Fraudulent or misleading claims
- Products other than the specific item covered by the subscription
We reserve the right to refuse a claim where there is reasonable evidence that damage was deliberately caused or that the protection plan is being misused.
Replacement Products
Where possible, your replacement will be the same product and model as the original covered item. If that product is no longer available, we may provide an equivalent replacement of similar type and value.
A replacement issued under the plan does not end your protection. Your replacement becomes the covered product and remains protected while your subscription remains active, subject to the claim limit above.
Subscription & Coverage
Your protection auto-renews every 28 days using the payment method associated with your subscription.
Coverage remains active for as long as your subscription payments remain active and up to date.
You can pause or cancel at any time. If you cancel, your coverage will continue until the end of your current paid 28-day period and will then end. No further subscription payments will be taken.
If a subscription payment fails and remains unpaid, coverage may be suspended or terminated.
Eligibility
The protection plan applies only to the product it was purchased for and cannot be transferred to another product or person unless agreed by Remzyy.
The plan must be purchased in connection with an eligible Remzyy product.
General
This protection plan is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Remzyy reserves the right to investigate claims where misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.
